  1. Oh Andrew Kirkman your days of blaming every one else for your inability are numbered!
Your little man syndrome bubble is about to burst old mate!
Territorians, my apologies, Australians are about to see just how retarded the NT government is and has been, in appointing less than desirable CEO’s and executive CEO’s of its government departments!
Andrew you have been mentioned as dishonest by judiciary, you have been twice been mentioned breaching the code of conduct as a public officer with your latest example against a female DIPL employee your most despicable!
We, actually me mostly, sit poised in anticipation awaiting the correlation between you and husband and wife Lia Finnochiaro’and Sam Burke!
Territorians are less than impressed but l have a feeling they will soon find a lower level of disappointment soon!
The Territory is most definitely a CLPLABOUR party- just wait, get the snacks and drinks ready, and see!

  2. Enough is enough, ‘Inquiry?’ No more!! The AFP should investigate this. The fact that only minor Contractors were charged shows the corruption in the senior levels of Police and the Public Service still exists. These major contractors have been stealing from us for so many years now and it seems that even now, more than 100% variations are accepted by our incompetent Public Service.
Who are these idiots that release tenders that are so minimal that a smart tenderer can exclude works that they know will be required, whilst the geniuses in the Public Service do not include them in the Tender?
I understand that due to increased costs for materials can add cost to work being carried out.
These companies command Millions (if not Billions) of Dollars and a payment of a million or so dollars to the right official in a foreign bank account can then be turned into a 100 million dollar increase in price to a 65 million dollar public works project. These incompetents are paid by us and employed by us. Yet they do not serve us.
We used to be referred to as a bunch of cowboys, but we were honest, now it seems that corruption has changed us into high-level criminals.
The CLP has made all the right moves so far, but it is now time to ask the AFP to investigate the rampant corruption that has driven and continues to drive the NT.
Kickbacks are costing us dearly. No more Enquiries, where there is smoke there is fire and if the NT Police are part of it the AFP need to investigate, not ‘enquire’.

[3] At the Hearing leave was granted for the Applicant to be represented by Mr Lucio Matarazzo of Lucio Matarazzo Pty Ltd. The Respondent was represented by Mr Mark Hathaway, Manager Employee Relations, NT Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment.
    ………………………………………
[12] On 5 November 2021, Mr Lucio Matarazzo wrote on behalf of the Applicant to Mr Andrew Kirkman, Chief Executive Officer of the Respondent, seeking remedies on behalf of the Applicant in an attempt to settle the dispute.

    …………………………………..
[85] I agree with the philosophy and view of Ms Schaefe-Lee. If an employee is performing the work of a higher grade, then they should be paid at that higher grade. It is not in dispute that the Applicant was preparing reports for the CEO and the Minister. It is not in dispute that the Applicant was managing contracts with external contractors. It is not in dispute that the Applicant was undertaking regular financial reviews by managing the cash flows on a monthly basis for the project managers in the Department. The Applicant was also directed to prepare tender documentation, undertake tender reviews and conduct regular audits on consultants, tasks and functions that were removed by Mr Coppola in downgrading the role from AO6 to AO5.

[86] As a result, I find that the Applicant was working as an AO6 since 2017. The Applicant is entitled to be back paid as an AO6, with the appropriate increments in accordance with Clause 24.7 of the Agreement from 16 May 2018.

    [87] I so Order.

  4. Ladies and Gentlemens.
You cannot jail the people who have funded several of your previous and current election campaigns.
    That would be considered “rude”.

  5. Lucio,
I wish I knew of your existence when 2018 NTG ALP CM Gunner CoS Alf Leonardi bullied me out of a job I’d signed a 4-year contract into the role of ALP Grants Research officer in Treasurer Nicole Manison’s PH L5 Suite.

I spent a week during my lunch break researching the role before realising Leonardi could be setting me up to fail as the grants system was broken in so many ways. I refused to work with either MANISON or touch the grants role as this should have been referred to NT ICAC. Now we know ALP, DCM, DIPL & NTICAC are part of the gangster cabal. Leonardi had a close relationship with 2016-21 NTG ALP News Editor Matt Williams to spin propaganda for the cabal.
