  1. Current Anti-Discrimination Commissioner Jeswynn Yogaratnam told Estimates last month that his office had advised the government against changing the Act.

    I dont think these new Terriorians know how things work round these here parts!!!!
    Its more of a “Yes Minister” sort of town

    Who better to know about Discrimination than an online marketing saleswoman masquerading as a legal eagle ahead of the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner, legally trained and with years of expert knowledge.

  3. Are Territorians aware of section 351 (2) (c) in the Fair Work Act (Cth) of the Commonwealth Parliament?

    It states –

    351 (2) However, subsection (1) does not apply to action that is:

    (c) if the action is taken against a staff member of an institution conducted in accordance with the doctrines, tenets, beliefs or teachings of a particular religion or creed–taken:

    (i) in good faith; and

    (ii) to avoid injury to the religious susceptibilities of adherents of that religion or creed.
