What is to be expected with the NTG DIPL CEO Andrew Kirkman & muppets who has been allowed to ‘rule the roost’ with dodgy networked Minsters & over-paid NTG & Canberra public servants serving corporate interest & profit over community safety & life-style bias? Until a broom cleans out incompetent & corrupt agencies Darwin will die.
It took a year to upgrade an intersection to add turning lanes between Katherine and Tindal. There were weeks when traffic was controlled by barrow lights and no work was being done.
