Theres a history of Cheif Ministers being scalped when they go to Japan! I quote the very respected, non Labour aligned ABC “Mr Mills was ousted by Mr Giles while on a trade mission to Japan in 2013.”
I agree! I dont think the Back Door Hair Dresser, The Sparky, The Financial Planning Receptionist or whatever Bill Yan is, would have the IQ to run the place.
this is a well-advanced usa plan to rotate foreign forces under their command through NT facilities at which they assert full access and control. Lia’s opinions on the matter are of little interest to the foreign decision makers (ie USA, not Japan)
So why is she over there ventilating this question? obviously the usa do not need Ms Finocchiaro to convince the japanese to follow their orders. Lia’s role in this matter is to convince us it was her idea.
she’s not inviting them, she’s just pretending to have the agency to do so.
Who-o-o-o! Have no problems with Japan’s political, commercial interests/visitations in NT. But for Ms Finoccchiaro to nudge aside our “Federal” Foreign Affairs Minister? Apparently to seek Japanese Govt interests “that may directly discuss increasing the presence of Japanese military forces in the NT . . . “. Rarified air indeed? And that’s even before she got on the plane. “I am sending a clear message that the NT is the allied partner of choice for regular rotations of the Japanese Self-Defence Force. she said”.
Ohhh No Cheif dont do it………….

Dont do it Cheif!
With any luck Tanzil Rahman will make his move now. It’s time we had a leader in this party with the integrity to get us out of this situation.
Chris I am pissed off that you allow this imposter to use my name
Funny that someone called Boof would be the one to question my authenticity.
