Bonza Aviation has announced it will add three new routes between Darwin and Alice Springs and interstate destinations but the Fyles Government has not said how much it was costing the taxpayer to attract the airline.
Chief executive officer of the budget airline Tim Jordan made the announcement from Darwin Airport on Wednesday morning, saying there would be 12 flights in total across three routes, with Darwin to the Sunshine Coast starting on November 29, Darwin to the Gold Coast starting on December 1, and Alice Springs to Melbourne starting on December 12.
