A subdivision application for Berrimah Farm to expand the Northcrest residential development by more than 900 lots has been lodged.
The application was submitted with the NT Government on behalf of the DCOH Group last Friday, seeking 935 lots in 21 stages over 10 years and a building setback plan for each stage. The subdivision is to be made up of 909 residential lots, 24 open space lots, one community purpose lot and one tourist-commercial lot at parcels 7348 and 7349 on Makagon Rd, Berromah.
