WOW!!! The Litchfield Council ratepayers must be overjoyed to know they just funded someones personal car!
Its time to merge these little councils with the larger ones in the hope of more oversight and governance and compliance checking!
If the NT Independent did not break this story, nobody would have ever heard about it!
