A 32-year-old man has been arrested over a fatal alleged hit-and-run in Alice Springs, which is being treated as a death in custody, NT Police said.
Police director of communications Mark Wilton said in a statement that at 4.15am Sunday police received a report that a 20-year-old man was lying unresponsive at the Larapinta Drive and Aldridge Street intersection of the town.
