  1. I know a senior ministerial advisor, who when the proposal was first presented for consideration in 2016, emailed the Ministers for DCIS and Health stating the project was high risk and should be subject to frequent monitoring by Cabinet. Maybe an incumbent Minister (or someone else) might refer the recent PAC report and attendant information to ICAC.
