NT WorkSafe finds no breaches following probe into St John Ambulance death
NT Work Safe investigated St John Ambulance NT for alleged treatment failures following the 2021 death of a patient in its care, but found no breaches of workplace health and safety laws and has closed the matter, saying anyone with additional information that could substantiate a breach should contact the authority.
Drug-sniffing dog finds meth and knives on bus passenger: Police
A 51-year-old man has been charged with drugs and weapons offences after the bus he was travelling on from Katherine to Palmerston was stopped by police and searched by a drug-sniffing dog who allegedly found meth, marijuana and knives on the man, NT Police said.

Fresh off ‘restoring national pride’ by mandating all public schools sing the national anthem, Education Minister Jo Hersey has announced all Territory public schools will participate in a government initiative aimed at “celebrating and learning about Territory pride” by getting children to explore the theme of “identity” and what it means to be a Territorian.
